- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Sell meats to customers
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets
- Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers
- Grind meats
- Train meat cutters
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
You will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and physical stamina. You will be expected to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
Requirements- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
