Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust, repair, or replace components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Confirm findings with supervisor regarding repairs or replacements
  • Discuss work progress with supervisor
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to identify faults
  • Review work orders and perform necessary tasks
  • Test automotive systems and components for functionality
  • Advise customers on services performed and future maintenance needs
  • Coach and mentor apprentices in automotive service
  • Provide excellent customer service
