Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Visiting Nurse to join our team in the Burks' Falls area. As a Visiting Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing services to patients in their homes, working independently or as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients receiving community health services
  • Provide exceptional nursing services to patients in their homes, including one-on-one care and virtual consultations
  • Communicate and collaborate with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Perform other clinical duties as required, including administrative tasks and education
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
  • Strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for regular travel
  • CPR certification and current immunization record, including 2-step TB test
  • Vulnerable sector check and clear background check
