Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with a passion for interacting with clients and their care circle. As a School Nurse, you will work with clients in elementary schools in the Niagara Region, providing nursing support care before and after school in the home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in a school setting
  • Work with clients and their care circle to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Teach, delegate tasks, and functions to different levels of workers and client family members
  • Maintain industry-leading practice standards
Requirements:
  • Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Current CPR certification
  • Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check, and vulnerable sector check upon hire
