About the Role
As a Sales Floor Associate, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience, working collaboratively with our team to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment
- Participate in inventory management, receiving, and stocking processes to maintain a well-stocked and organized store
- Support sales floor operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment
