We are a dynamic restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations
Monitor and assess the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Staff Performance MonitoringOversee the performance of our staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the high standards expected of our team.
Operations PlanningDevelop and implement plans to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
Staff Recruitment and TrainingRecruit, train, and develop our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
Cash Handling and ReportingManage cash handling and reporting procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Performance Reviews and FeedbackConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
About You- Leadership Experience
You will have experience in a leadership role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Communication SkillsYou will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.
Organizational SkillsYou will have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
TeamworkYou will be a team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and management to achieve common goals.
AdaptabilityYou will be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.
