We are a dynamic restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain profitability.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve staff performance.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Monitor and control restaurant expenses to maintain profitability.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Personal Qualities

- Ability to multitask.
- 5-10 people in the team.
- 35 to 37 hours per week.
