Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Retail Manager to lead our store operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance, including sales, profitability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Performance
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability goals
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Implement initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals
    • Provide coaching and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty
    • Monitor and address customer feedback and concerns
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve store efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Education
    • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 6+ years of experience in retail management, with a focus on store operations and customer experience
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer engagement
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
