**Job Summary**

As a Store Manager at Showcase, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and profitably, and providing exceptional customer service. You will report directly to the District Manager and be responsible for achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage day-to-day store operations and achieve sales targets
  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience
  • Create a positive and engaging environment for both customers and associates
  • Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and sales, including promotional programs and community outreach initiatives
  • Ensure that the store is visually appealing and merchandised to showcase products effectively
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with the District Manager to manage inventory
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

**Requirements:**

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of retail trends and industry best practices
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
