Store Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to join our team at Webredon Holdings Ltd. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties, determining merchandise and services to be sold, and locating, selecting, and procuring merchandise for resale.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in our stores, ensuring they meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, driving sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of our stores.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, providing excellent customer service and ensuring business continuity.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of store operations, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus, prioritizing customer needs and preferences in all aspects of store operations.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, responding to changing priorities and customer needs.
- Judgement: Use sound judgement in decision-making, ensuring the best interests of the company and our customers are always considered.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Environmental Impact: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes, such as reducing waste and promoting sustainable practices.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a regular 40-hour workweek.
- Work Language: English language proficiency required.
