Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in brand management roles, with a successful track record of brand building, demand generation, and full-funnel digital marketing.
  • A love and a strong background in MARCOM.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of direct and indirect reports.
  • Strong creative instincts and the ability to work collaboratively with creative teams.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in presenting to Sr. leadership and large employee groups.
  • A genuine passion and love for the pet industry.
