Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at City Fish. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales floor staff, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales floor staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales floor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
