Our client is seeking a Sr. Client Finance Analyst who will be responsible for providing analytic insight and financial leadership to the management of client financial portfolios.


Responsibilities

  • Act as point-of-contact for the financial management of a multi-million dollar client portfolio
  • Prepare and manage monthly client budget control reports (BCRs) (including analysis of annual budget spend, forecasting, reporting by workstream, etc.)
  • Lead BCR meetings with both internal departments and clients.
  • Manage of client invoicing, maintain a clean A/R, follow up on invoices, and address client questions
  • Manage client documentation including organization of approved purchase orders and signed estimates in SharePoint as well as the updating budget documentation
  • Collaborate with Client Leadership team in creating estimates and budget forecasting updates
  • Manage the timesheet process, docket management and maintenance
  • Lead efforts to automate the financial reporting function
  • Proactively identify financial issues and opportunities and work with Client Leadership to address them
  • Enforce internal controls regarding expense and docket approvals
  • Assist with client audit documentation and requests, as needed
  • Provide administrative support and ad hoc reporting as requested


Requirements


  • Post-secondary education in business – accounting, marketing, etc. is required
  • Previous experience working in a creative agency
  • Excellent PC and system skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
