Trans-United Consultants Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Millwright to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of mechanical equipment within our facilities. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our industrial processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with a wide range of industrial equipment.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to effectively carry out repairs and installations.
  • Collaborate with on-site contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Meticulously document inspection findings and repair procedures for future reference.
  • Participate in cross-training activities to broaden your skillset and contribute to a versatile team.
  • Verify the proper functioning of operator safety devices to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid Red Seal Industrial Millwright license.
  • Have over 5 years of experience in maintaining mechanical equipment within an industrial setting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and contractors.
  • Possess a strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
