Restaurant Operations Manager

Five Kites Hospitality Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and qualifications to perform their duties.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory is optimized and that we are meeting our financial targets.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Establish work schedules and assign personnel to equipment and routes, ensuring that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, ensuring that our equipment is in good working order.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customer demands.
- Check and monitor product quality, ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our stock levels are optimized and that we are meeting our customer demands.
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, promoting our brand and products.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, with a strong physical stamina and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
