About the Position:

- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless alignment and collaboration between sales, product, and marketing teams to maximize efficiency and success.
- Sales Forecasting and Strategic Influence
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to the executive team and board of directors, helping to shape the company's strategic direction based on data-driven insights.
- Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation
- Develop and implement robust marketing strategies that align with overall business goals, working closely with the CEO to establish market and target customer strategies.
- Maintain and Expand Key Customer Relationships
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, developing strategies to increase market penetration and customer engagement within our addressable market.
- Growth Strategies for the Smart Government Division
- Develop and implement growth strategies tailored for the Smart Government division, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand this segment.
- Understand Configurable Tools and Use Cases
- Gain a deep understanding of the configurable communication and automation tools available and the entire cycle of use case implementation to address customer needs better and enhance solution offerings.
- Oversee Day-to-Day Sales Activities
- Manage daily sales activities, ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
- Business Planning and Goal Setting
- Create detailed business plans to achieve goals and objectives, outlining clear steps and metrics to guide the sales and marketing efforts.
- Marketing and Advertising Campaigns
- Plan and directed targeted marketing and advertising campaigns, utilizing various channels to reach and engage potential customers.
- Industry Relationship Development
- Develop and nurture relationships with industry insiders and key stakeholders, leveraging these connections to gain insights and opportunities for business growth.
- Sales Process Management and Metrics
- Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for pipeline management and utilizing enterprise tools to improve processes and enhance the effectiveness of the sales force.
Job Requirements:
- Proven Leadership: Over 10 years of experience in developing and leading high-performing sales teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Solution Selling Expertise: Skilled in identifying customer challenges and aligning them with tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively.
