Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 1942295 Alberta Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs
    • Monitor and control cash flow, balance sheets, and cash reports
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
    • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Knowledge of MS Office and spreadsheet software
Working Conditions

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail is essential.
