* Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff

* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe environment
* Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue
* Lead and instruct staff, including training and development
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
* Safe Food Handling certificate
* Proficiency in accounting software, electronic cash registers, and point of sale systems
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Dependability, efficiency, flexibility, and reliability
