Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management

Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring that we stay within our financial targets.

Staff Management

Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, and supervise staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.

Cash Handling and Inventory Management

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience at our restaurant.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and spreadsheet software, with the ability to use technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and attention to detail to ensure that our restaurant meets our high standards.

Personal Suitability

Accurate, client-focused, dependable, organized, and reliable, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with a strong understanding of food service operations and a proven track record of success.
