Staff ManagementMonitor and evaluate staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, and supervise staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Inventory and Cash ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory, balance cash, and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Computer SkillsProficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and spreadsheet software.
