Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to patients, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and professional service to patients and team members, ensuring optimal patient care and satisfaction.
- Answer telephone calls, greet patients and visitors, and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns.
- Coordinate the intake of information on patient visits, register new patients, and support patients in filling medical forms.
- Use electronic medical records to schedule appointments and coordinate care with providers.
- Collect payment at time of service, complete accurate billing, and follow up on accounts receivable.
- Produce end-of-day reports and maintain accurate records.
- Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals, collect outcome measure data, and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with patients and staff.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, be resourceful, and possess strong organizational skills.
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues related to billing, collections, and funding sources.
- Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Able to adapt to changing clinic operations and continuously learn to improve patient care.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
