Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at GameStop. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store is running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage store budgets and ensure that expenses are within budget.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other store managers and district managers to share best practices and improve store performance.
- 3-5 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
