Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at GameStop. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, oversee payroll administration, and conduct performance reviews.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Store Operations: Oversee store inventory, manage store appearance, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of sales associates. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a standing position for extended periods and have excellent attention to detail.
