About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Customer Experience: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and have a seamless shopping experience.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store appearance, including window displays, in-store promotions, and product displays.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and processing returns and exchanges.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, sales reporting, and inventory control.
- Experience: 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
