We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team at a mental health clinic in downtown Toronto. As a Psychiatrist, you will play a vital role in assessing and supporting patients with ADHD and other mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive ADHD and mental health assessments, working collaboratively with psychologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, providing limited follow-up care as needed.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality patient care, leveraging your expertise to drive positive outcomes.
- Participate in innovation projects, contributing to the growth and development of our clinic.
- Medical Degree (FRCPC) with specific training in mental health and psychiatry.
- Licensed in the province of Ontario with CPSO registration number.
- Experience working with ASD and adult patients struggling with mental health symptoms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for working with multidisciplinary teams.
- A fee-for-service model, allowing you to retain your own OHIP billings.
- An hourly wage between $200-$225 for meetings, appointment no-shows, and additional charting/paperwork time.
- Skilled administrative support, including calendar management, client communication, and more.
