We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Psychiatrist to join our innovative ADHD clinic. Our team consists of medical, psychological, and coaching professionals who work together to provide unified treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with focusing challenges.

About the Role:

We are looking for a collaborative and patient-focused Psychiatrist to work alongside our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ASD and a passion for working with multidisciplinary teams. The role involves consulting with extenders, providing short-term follow-ups, and one-off consults to returning patients. The Psychiatrist will also have the opportunity to join assessment teams and provide comprehensive ADHD evaluations and same-day treatment plans via our proprietary One-Day assessment model.

Commitment/Compensation:

The Psychiatrist will work one day per week (8-hour shift) with the opportunity to increase hours based on business need. The compensation includes retaining all OHIP billings, $225 per hour for time not covered by OHIP, and skilled administrative support. The Psychiatrist will also have the opportunity to participate in internal collaboration meetings and have no overhead fees taken by the clinic.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and have specialized training in mental health/psychiatry. The candidate must also have experience working with multidisciplinary teams and strong interpersonal skills.
