Store Operations Manager

This home improvement retailer is seeking a highly skilled Store Operations and Logistics Manager to join their leadership team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, including financial performance, associate management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and delivery fleet operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Lead change management initiatives to improve processes and implement alternative solutions to support business objectives.
- Participate in recruitment and talent development to build a high-performing team.
- Coach and develop associate performance through one-on-one mentoring and goal setting.
- Promote a culture of safety and inclusivity within the store.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of operational management experience in a retail or logistics environment.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate high-pressure situations and make informed decisions.
