We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team at Nanaimo Family Life Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, invoicing clients, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions
- Invoice clients and maintain accurate records of payments
- Perform general office duties, including filing and record-keeping
- Utilize Sage Accounting Software and MS Excel to manage financial data
- College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a permanent, part-time position (10 hours per week) with a flexible schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to travel to various locations.
