About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Care Specialist to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients in the personal insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process and conduct renewals, ensuring policies are processed and issued accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention goals, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in personal insurance or a related field.
  • Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Industry designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma) is considered an asset.
