Key Responsibilities:

Delivering administrative assistance within a collaborative team environment. Ensuring high-quality medical processing services, including the preparation of medical letters, memos, and reports, along with managing a variety of documentation. Monitoring, updating, and disseminating information related to service activities within the service delivery and scheduling system, as well as other manual tracking processes. Compiling and maintaining client records to adhere to accreditation standards. Engaging effectively with team members, healthcare professionals, clients, and staff. Supporting team members, clients, and leadership through various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing attendance records, and coordinating client services.

Required Experience and Skills:

High school diploma, supplemented with courses in medical terminology and/or secretarial training in word processing. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant post-secondary education. Prior office experience in a similar role, particularly within the medical or vocational fields, is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential. Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication and time management abilities. Availability to work 7.25-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with occasional shift adjustments. Capacity to manage multiple priorities while accurately completing tasks is vital.

Salary: Grade 5 - $46,924.00 to $52,131.00 per annum

This is a temporary, full-time position for approximately twelve (12) months, with the potential for extension and/or permanency. Final candidates will be required to undergo a security clearance.
