Physiotherapy Clinic Manager

Job Summary:
Lifemark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Director to lead our physiotherapy team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, improving patient outcomes, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Clinical Operations: Oversee the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Manage Clinical Performance: Monitor and analyze clinical metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance patient care.
- Develop and Implement Policies: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Recruit and Retain Staff: Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team of physiotherapists and support staff.
- Communicate Effectively: Foster open and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Physiotherapy or related field: A postgraduate degree in physiotherapy or a related field is required.
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Advanced Orthopedic Courses: Completion of advanced orthopedic courses is an asset.
