Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapy Clinic Director to join our team at pt Health - Central Scarborough Physiotherapy. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and protocols to ensure quality and consistency
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence
  • Coordinate operational activities and ensure a smooth workflow in the clinic
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends
  • Manage and resolve scheduling issues and conflicts that arise in the clinic
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and success

Requirements

  • Fully registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Ontario
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical and leadership experience
  • Completion of advanced orthopedic courses is a strong asset
