Job Title: Coordonnateur de production/ Princ Prod Coord-Mat Flow

Description:

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Coordonnateur de production/ Princ Prod Coord-Mat Flow pour rejoindre notre équipe de production à Mirabel, au Québec. Le candidat idéal sera un professionnel expérimenté avec une solide compréhension des processus de production et une capacité à coordonner les activités de plusieurs départements.

Responsabilités:

  • Travail en concert avec le personnel de production, les contrôleurs de production, le superviseur de production et le directeur de production pour bien prioriser les enjeux et les goulots d'étranglement liés aux pénuries de pièces, à la non-qualité et à tout autre enjeu bloquant.
  • Proposer des solutions proactives et s'assurer de leur exécution pour débloquer les goulots d'étranglement, les arrêts de production tels que l'échange de personnel, la coordination pour trouver des pièces alternatives, etc.
  • Coordonner les activités/ enjeux interdépartementaux avec l'ingénierie, l'assurance qualité, l'approvisionnement, le contrôle de production, etc.
  • Anticiper les divers enjeux potentiels liés à l'approvisionnement et la capacité des secteurs de production afin de rencontrer les requis de la cédule maîtresse de production.
  • Agir en tant que gardien du flow de son secteur client et faciliter la coordination des diverses initiatives avec le chef d'équipe et le superviseur, agir comme le bras droit du directeur de production.
  • Représenter le secteur aux diverses réunions de gestion, afin de discuter des problèmes, des solutions possibles, implanter les actions correctives et préparer des présentations aux besoins.
  • Participer à la faisabilité des demandes SIOP et émettre des recommandations au directeur du secteur client.
  • Identifier les causes d'écarts dans les mesures de performances, initier les plans d'actions et s'assurer de leur implantation afin de respecter le plan de livraison.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration en tant qu'expert avec le coordonnateur de projet flow de matériel (CPP) au niveau des améliorations continues et projets stratégiques structurants.
  • Supporter en ressources les activités de R&D au besoin et supporter l'introduction des changements de configuration sur la ligne.

Qualifications:

  • Posséder une formation universitaire. La gestion des opérations serait un atout; ou tout autres expériences jugées équivalentes spécialement dans le secteur manufacturier.
  • Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Connaissance de la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Connaissance d'un système de gestion intégré ERP tel que SAP serait un atout.
  • Connaissance des environnements de production.
  • Maîtrise du français (parlé et écrit) et connaissance de l'anglais (parlé et écrit).
