Aircraft Coordinator Job Description

About the Role

AAA Canada is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Coordinator to support our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize project progress meetings and goal monitoring to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage weekly meetings with partners and clients to plan and prioritize work.
  • Ensure the readiness of aircraft for production activities.
  • Analyze and track project progress, prioritizing activities based on milestones and client requirements.
  • Validate work planning with production, quality, and method teams.
  • Coordinate and guarantee the planning process.
  • Ensure files are complete and available, including pre-filled worksheets, drawings, parts, and hardware.
  • Identify and address points of work that cannot be done at the station.
  • Optimize production deadlines and resource utilization.
  • Ensure the smooth running of projects, meeting technical, qualitative, and financial objectives.
  • Validate accessibility for work completion.
  • Follow up on derogations and prioritize according to schedule.
  • Manage access to aircraft.
  • Guarantee the transfer of information between positions.
  • Ensure safety conditions for aircraft operations.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary to fulfill the role's responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Technical Diploma of College Studies in Aerostructure or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of aerostructure, general mechanics, and manufacturing processes.
  • Autonomy, curiosity, organization, adaptation, and relational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information.
  • Willingness to be mobile according to site needs.
