**Role & Responsibilities - How You'll Make an Impact**:

- Direct all production operations while ensuring team efficiency and compliance with delivery schedules, and calculate performance indicators ("KPIs")
- Distribute tasks to skilled production team members.
- Evaluate machine capacities according to purchase orders and available personnel
- Determine work methods to meet execution schedules and effectively coordinate work with other departments.

- You have a degree in operations, production or engineering management or a related field (aeronautics is an asset).
- You have 3 to 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of rebar cutting and bending processes
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety rules
