Job Overview As a Vacation Property Caretaker, your primary responsibilities will include: Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain cleanliness. Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and draperies to ensure a dust-free environment. Regularly inspecting and turning mattresses for guest comfort. Managing all soiled laundry and replacing used linens with fresh items. Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures to enhance appearance. Cleaning ovens, refrigerators, and all kitchen appliances thoroughly. Emptying and sanitizing trash containers, disposing of waste responsibly. Scrubbing toilets, basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers for hygiene. Wiping down glass surfaces and washing windows for clarity. Making beds and changing linens to ensure guest satisfaction. Distributing linens, towels, and room supplies using carts or by hand, restocking as necessary. Rearranging furniture and amenities according to established layouts. Delivering requested housekeeping items promptly. Adhering to all company safety and security protocols. Assisting fellow team members by addressing housekeeping issues as needed. Supporting members, owners, and guests with inquiries, escalating concerns to management when required. Securing lost and found items and reporting them to Security or management. Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage immediately. Ensuring confidentiality and security of all accommodations. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of carts and supply closets in accordance with departmental standards. Completing all mandatory company training and compliance courses as assigned. Upholding company standards and adhering to all policies and procedures. Performing additional related duties as assigned.

Compensation:

$23.00 per hour. Eligible employees may qualify for a quarterly performance bonus based on property metrics.
