Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our resort units, maintaining high standards of housekeeping detail, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
  • Adhere to housekeeping detail standards and ensure a high level of cleanliness and quality
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle guest issues and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a positive customer and associate relationship

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with employees, guests, and owners
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with a team focus
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this role is $25.75.
