About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Consider Everything Immigration Inc. As an Administrative Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination: Coordinate and manage administrative services, including record-keeping, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
  • Financial Management: Collect and record administrative and service fees, prepare annual budgets, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Corporate Governance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels.
  • Technology and Software: Utilize MS Office, MS Outlook, and other software applications to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
