Director of Environmental Health and Clinical Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Environmental Health and Clinical Services at Accoravillage. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in public health, strategic planning, and team management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement public health programs and services to promote health and prevent disease in the community.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Environmental Health and Clinical Services team, ensuring effective program delivery and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance public health priorities and improve health outcomes.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff performance to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in public health, applying this knowledge to inform program development and implementation.
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in public health leadership, including management of internal and external stakeholder relationships, business planning, and budget management.
- Strong knowledge of public health theories and principles, including health promotion, disease prevention, and program evaluation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to think strategically, make informed decisions, and drive results-oriented action.
- A competitive salary range of $132,229.37 to $155,564.32, based on qualifications and experience.
