Clinical Leadership Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as Clinic Director at pt Health - Old North Physiotherapy in London, ON. As a leader in our clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff and patient services, driving growth through business development activities, and maintaining a high level of clinical quality.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care
* Perform chart audits to review treatment plans for accuracy and clinical reasoning
* Maintain standards for communication with customers
* Participate in lunch & learns to stay up-to-date on best practices
* Implement and develop clinic and corporate standard operating procedures

**Professional Development**

* Develop business plans to drive growth and financial management
* Promote a climate of success and high-level service within the clinic
* Monitor customer service programs to provide an outstanding experience
* Mentor and develop potential leaders within the team
* Demonstrate clinical leadership and expertise through mentorship and professional development

**Requirements**

* Registered in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Ontario
* Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
* Minimum of 1-5+ years of clinical and leadership experience
