    • Oversee clinical staff and patient services to ensure high-quality care and exceptional patient outcomes.
    • Drive business development activities to increase revenue and growth.
  • Business Development and Financial Management
    • Develop and implement business plans to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
    • Manage financial resources to ensure efficient use of funds and maximize profitability.
  • Clinical Quality and Professional Development
    • Ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care through regular audits and performance monitoring.
    • Mentor and develop clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain a high level of clinical expertise.
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Ensure effective communication with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders to provide an outstanding experience.
    • Monitor customer service programs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruitment and Staff Development
    • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of clinical staff.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
    • Minimum of 1-5+ years of clinical and leadership experience.
  • Qualifications
    • Registered in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Ontario.
