We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BUSY BOYZ EXTERIOR LTD. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Seminars and Conferences: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our team's goals.
  • Establishing Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for our team members.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support our team's decision-making.
  • Office Maintenance: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Windows and electronic schedulers.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, accurate, and reliable.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
