Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Skyview Transport Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
