Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Donair Affair. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and serving of food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
