Job Summary

The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall operational management of the childcare centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to children and families. This includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs, as well as budget management and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement centre-wide programs and services that meet the needs of children and families
  • Manage centre budgets and resources to ensure effective financial management
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to achieve centre goals and objectives
