Job Title: Childcare Centre Manager

The Childcare Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare services to children from infant to preschool age. This includes planning, implementing, and evaluating programmes, as well as providing guidance and support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and centre policies.
  • Programme Management: Develop, implement, and evaluate programmes that meet the needs of children and families, including curriculum planning and staff training.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Financial Management: Manage the centre's budget, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local communities, families, and stakeholders to promote the centre's services and build partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Strategic Planning: Demonstrate ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the centre's goals and objectives.
