Job Title: Childcare Centre Manager

The Childcare Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare services to children from infant to preschool age. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning and implementation of centre operations
  • Program management, including curriculum development and implementation
  • Guidance and behavior support to classrooms
  • Budget management and financial resource allocation
  • Mentorship and support of staff
  • Ensuring the care and supervision of children

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders. A demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and administer centre operations is essential. Strong budgeting skills and the ability to effectively manage financial resources are also required.
