Job Title: Childcare Centre Manager

The Childcare Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare services to children from infant to preschool age. This includes planning, implementing, and evaluating programmes, as well as providing guidance and support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning and programme development
  • Staff supervision and mentorship
  • Financial management and budgeting
  • Centre operations and maintenance

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community. They will also have a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices, as well as experience in managing a childcare centre.

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field
  • Experience in managing a childcare centre or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and the community
