Graphic Design Team Lead

Radiant Placement Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer Supervisor to lead our team of creative professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring our graphic designers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our graphic design team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to excel in their roles.
- Project Management: Estimate project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Design and Creativity: Develop and implement creative solutions to meet client goals, creating high-quality sketches and illustrations that exceed expectations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative work environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Client Satisfaction: Design graphic elements that meet client needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage files, documents, and other administrative tasks to maintain a organized and efficient work environment.
- Eligibility: Be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Temporary Position: This is a temporary position with Radiant Placement Services Inc.
- Language Proficiency: Possess English language proficiency.
- Work Schedule: Work full-time hours of 35-40 per week.
