Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at AZ Quality Foods Ltd. as a key member of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Team Members to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless store operations.
- Authorize Payments and Returns: Process payments and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of our products.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other concerns in a professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and Coordinate: Lead and manage the activities of grocery clerks and shelf stockers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Retail business environment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
